dream ♫ oo2 ♫ hickory dickory dock

Boris found himself an unfamiliar building. But as with any other day, he took it as an opportunity to explore. Although, there was a feeling he had that made him sick to his stomach. It was not physical hunger (nope, no desire for fish), but something close to greed ( Read more... )

[Oh, it's that cat. The one he has yet to forgive for the miserable night at the carnival. But perhaps this dream will give him ideas for revenge?]

[Hold on a second, watching this dream now and...]

[The smirk Break gives can't be considered anything but approving.]

A fascinating method, to be sure~

Isn't it a cat's job to lower the rat population~?

charientisms November 26 2009, 04:41:23 UTC
It certainly is. The population of Somarium would be much better without this particular rat, I must admit.

My thoughts exactly. I'm wondering if there's a way to complain about his presence enough that the world'll just boot him out.

[That gets an amused chuckle out of him.]

If only~

However, there is no law against making his time here rather miserable, correct?

Ha! If you need any help with that, you're talking to the right cat.

Is that so?

Well, well~ That is good to know.

[He pauses, and then he smirks.]

Ah, perhaps we should try this again, for I am afraid our first meeting was rather...unusual.

My name is Xerxes Break~

I admit I was never one to believe in first impressions. Here I pegged you as someone who actually got along with the stupid rat. Guessing I was wrong on that front.

[and because Boris always says what's on his mind] Xerxes...? Jeeze, this place has a bunch of names I never thought I'd hear. Well, nonetheless, I'm Boris Airay.

[The thought of even getting along with the Sewer Rat gets a less than amused smirk.]

Quite wrong, indeed.

[And Break chooses to ignore that, instead smiling.]

It is a pleasure, I am sure, Boris.

Hard to tell when you both go smiling away like that.

Haha, you're so uptight. Is it so hard to manage a 'nice to meet you' out of you people?

charientisms November 26 2009, 06:04:21 UTC
Perhaps you simply are not perceptive enough?

[Then he arches an eyebrow, still smirking.]

Oh? Well, what if 'us people' simply do not wish to extend that sentiment to you~?

Could be. You can't blame me. I was preoccupied on making sure nobody died at the carnival.

[And have a laugh from Boris. Good one.]

Sure! But if you can go so far as to lie already and say 'it's a pleasure', at least relax a little and go for a simpler 'nice to meet you'.

Certainly attaching Vincent and I was a good way to go about that~

[Have a wider smirk in response to that laugh. Well, well.]

Perhaps. I am sure which is more suitable depends entirely on the situation.

Ah. Well, that was more for the safety of others. I figured if you were more focused on injuring each other, preferably more injury on his part than yours seeing as I've got nothing against you, there'd be less chaos for everyone else.

[His ears are gonna twitch a bit as he gives a wide grin before he answers.]

Yeah~? Well know that when you're talking to this cat, I'll answer quicker if you drop the formalities.
