It's so weird, but not even angry about it! I'm... puzzled and intrigued? It's a new experience to read a book in which the author isn't really trying to make me like any of her characters. And it's an ensamble!
AHAHA! It's this novel about a sex scandal at a Catholic girl's school. I just left the house without it, and can't remember the author's name, but it's called Marysfield Academy.
It's odd, but I'm actually enjoying the book. The plot is interesting, and I have such clear ideas of who these characters are. It's like getting to know a group of really douchey people. I'm just watching the strange interaction between these men and women who are not really good, not really bad, not particularly creative or talented, not even cool; they are emotionally inept, socially awkward, selfish, and ultimately so very unlovable.
