Back in the saddle again
Well after catching the plague of doom from Donna (Thanks D-- I owe you a virus!) I'm back to walking again. That cold was no joke. Im not a great patient, but this thing really laid me out and having to travel to San Ramon for a staff meeting always blows. At least the new hire is a cool guy.
Anyway, as a result of illness, Laurie and I haven't been taking our morning walks. This being monday morning, we decided to go. While I am glad to be back into my exercise program, my legs are telling me that its been a week. The little cramps are their way of say "Hey asshole...this is what you get you slacker fuck." For some reason I hear them in Cartman's voice from South Park, but thats just me.
