I have rotten luck sometimes
My modem and router short circuited after the brief 5 minute blackout rendering me internet less and research time-less for about 2 to 3 days. Thankfully its fine now though I think this is the 2nd modem I've killed this year alone =_+ One that had nothing to do with lightning thanfully.
On a brighter note, I managed to finish 90% of my week's homework at over the weekend and I went to Kino for a book haul *_* Stuff to read~ Stuff to read~ The new Kino is shiny~ Though there is less manga and stuff in the Japanese section. Kinda looks like Singapore Bugis Kinokuniya, just bigger.
Not to mention apparently not only do the Kino JP staff know me, they also know who I assume to be
ultra_butterfly and
futomimii and are now known as the 'the one with the cap and the one with short hair'. I am amused.
Moyashimon is taking over my brain, I had a dream of dancing bacteria last night while I woke up to the Oryzae saying KAMOSUZOU~ in my *dream* ear. I need mental help >_>;
I'm a little broke now after discovering this GORGEOUS artbook in the English kinokuniya. Its by some Japanese artist that I've never seen but OMG the variety of his art style and technique, I fell in love with it completely *_* So yeah. My commission money was used for the artbook ;_; BUT IT WAS SO WORTH IT SO I HAVE NO REGRETS.
That and since my life is relatively boring, though I'm looking forward to seeing the Manga Suki Exhibition later at The One Academy gallery X3 And also wondering if any of my own works made the cut seeing as I'm nothing special compared to half the people who were invited.
Now I shall go and finish the rest of my homework, and start working on my doujin and other things after class.
By the way, dear juniors, if you see some of your seniors running around in pyjamas today, no don't worry, The One Academy has not addled our brains enough for us to walk to school in our sleepwear. Its a graduation campaign thing we're doing for fun. Don't let it freak you out 8D;; Personally I would have been amused but just to make sure.
