This reminds me of the World of Warcraft new expansion : Wrath of the Lich King collector's edition preorders, very similar to your situation. But instead, even AMAZON specially lists it saying it's AVAILABLE FOR US SHIPPING ONLY!!!! Like, WTF. Blizzard is also terrible like that, that they limit their collector's edition stuff to US only. :/ And they don't re-release their artbooks individually too, only can get via collector's edition.

But I have my ways, I asked one of my friends in US to preorder it for me. >__>;; When it gets to her she'll just ship it to me! XD; The shipment will be hefty, but it'll be worth it for all the goodies inside >_>
