In 2011 I...
Started the year seeing a boy I really liked who decided I wasn't girlfriend material but stayed friends with.
Was working in a job I loved but was earning minimum wage and had no room to move.
Had some great dates with lovely boys who just weren't right for me.
Managed a band, launched an EP and had a successful event until their attitudes got in the way.
Started a new job with great girls in a great place with much better money but still no room to move.
Studied at the Australian Institute of Fitness until I got sick and they fcked me around.
Went back to my first job for extra money as a second job and love it.
Moved from a shithole in Richmond with crazy housemate drama curse to a beautiful apartment in Camberwell.
Reconnected with my bestie H and recently another close girlfriend as well.
Met a beautiful boy who treats me really well but realized some things are a massive deal breaker (ie age is important!).
Got fcked around by someone I thought I might have potential with but realized some people never change.
Met my pole idol and did 3 workshops with her.
Didn't study enough to keep my Uni place at either institution and discovered what I actually want to do with my life... I think.
Had a massive birthday party surrounded by people I love that made me so happy I cried.
Made minor progress on debt but not enough to actually get somewhere.
Didn't leave the country.
Didn't get my license.
Didn't lose any weight but did get fairly buff.
Competed at Sexpo pole dancing competition with muscle injury and illness but made the news.
Did get a massive tattoo all down my ribs.
Gave a gorgeous kitten a home.
Blogged a lot and got inspired for lots of writing projects then completely lost inspiration.
Worked 41 days straight and almost lost my mind.
Committed to a vegan diet & lifestyle. Volunteered for World Vegan Day but then had to pull out due to overcommitting.
Did have some great times writing reviews, tried to get back into it but couldn't give the time commitment.
Enjoyed time with great lovers but most importantly...
Had lots of great times with lots of friends and feel totally blessed for having these people in my life.
In 2012 I will...
Get my finance situation supercharged
Finish everything possible that I start
Meet someone amazing
Work hard at dancing
Go overseas
Get my license
Achieve some kind of education
Find a job with all my requirements
Be happy with my body
Continue I have amazing times with amazing people who I love and keep feeling totally blessed.
