When anyone orders parts for air condition or heater, is it really too much to ask for instructions or a little help?

Sigh.

This landlording business is harder than I thought.

All you really need is a wrench and a gentle touch. Gentle touch optional.

Mm, gentle touch doesn't suit me, but I will take the wrench advice.

Usually it's something small that makes or breaks a machine. Try tightening bolts, making sure panels are on correctly.

Thank you, I will keep that in mind. You seem quite well-versed with the difficulties of this kind of work. Mechanic?

I dabble. Mostly I'm just good with my hands.

Do you do work for pay? I might have some projects in mind that I could use the help with.

Sure, why not? These days all I have is free time.

You would be a great help. My name's Kurenai Yuuhi, it's nice to meet you, Miss..?

Tenten. No "Miss" necessary. Just Tenten.

What kind of projects are you thinking about?

Mostly some renovation to keep the building from caving in. It's quite an old dump, but I think it can be saved.

Sounds like a challenge. I think I can squeeze in a few hours of work time over the week-- we'll talk money after you see what I can do.
