I wonder if Jack or Uncle Robert will be hosting Thanksgiving this year, seeing how ever since Jill and Emma were born they've gotten around to inviting me, Tiffany, Mom, Dad (when he's around), and Aunt May during holidays for barbecues.
Back around Memorial Day Tiffany wasn't feeling well, so I went to Jack's place alone. I guess Jill ran to open the door before Jack could, and she asked if she could give Auntie (me) a hug. So I let her.
...It reminded me when I was five, the same age Jill was, when Aunt May came down to our house during the holidays. I don't remember asking Aunt May if I could hug her, I just did.
I hope Jill's still too young to realize what's been happening in Paris the past few days. I myself was too young to realize what was going on in 1991/1992 on the world stage.
