Does anyone know anyone woh is looking for a room to rent in OC? I need to rent out my second bedroom and I wanted to offer it to friends or friends of friends.
The rent is $750 a month plus half the utilties. The occupant will not be sharing a bathroom but their bathroom is the "guest" bathroom. It is close to local shopping, OCC, the Paul Mitchell school and Newport and Huntington Beaches.
