An all important day!
Today is a big, big day for me. As you all know, I am a life long republican and today I have an interview to be a deputy for the campaign here in Orange County (possibly LA county as well). This is a big leap up from what I did last time as a rural headquarters manager. My phone interview was almost a month ago, and now I have a face to face. Last time I had the face to face I got the job.
I am even more nervous now than when I was when I blew that interview. I really, really want this to go well. To top it all off, I have two more interviews next week while my parents are here, making a total of 5 in the past week. I hope something comes along soon. I am going stir crazy!
On another note, my apartment looks pretty darn nice. There are still odds and ends that need to be picked up, but I think that can be done on a little tonight and some on Saturday. Before I go today, I am going ot have my car washed and vacuumed out (so that it looks nice for my parents!) and I am contemplating having my nails done....I haven't had them done in a while, but my hands are a mess, and it would look better if I did. I don't know.
Right now I have little money coming in due to my stupidity, but I do have quite a bit in the bank. I am secure for another few months. After that, I have no idea what I am going to do.
