Birthday Gifts & Thank You's
My birthday was yesterday so I wanted to take a moment to thank all the wonderful people who left me birthday wishes. Thank you everyone! You have no idea how happy it made me to open my inbox and see those wonderful wishes. *hugs*
I had a great day with my family. We went out to eat and although the food was pretty mediocre, we had a lot of fun laughing and joking together. Then we went to see "The Dark Knight", which was freaking awesome and the best movie I've seen in theaters this year. And to end the day, we went to my aunt's house and spent hours talking about the crazy things my brother, cousins and I did as children. Good times.
And my brother got a new digital camera recently so I decided to share pictures and details of the goodies I received.

Shinhwa was the first Korean artist I became a fan of and the group I still hold dearest. These six guys exemplify everything friendship and humility should be. They are beyond talented and their skills as singers, dancers, choreographers, composers, writers, producers and actors get better and better each year. But they still stay completely grounded and spend every moment laughing and enjoying life. And each other's company. Like Jun Jin once said, "Shinhwa is like home. Shinhwa is a place where I can return to anytime, a place that exists to welcome me back at any moment."
These DVDs are a collection of clips from their 10 years together and as solo artists. It was amazing watching everything from their first performance to clips of their tv shows and solo showcases. This is a must have for every Shinhwa fan! If my brother hadn't bought it for me, I would have gotten it myself. And just to show you how different these guys are from "typical boybands", my brother is a fan of theirs too! He's not as crazy as me but he has a couple of their songs on his ipod and watches their shows and appearances with me. They truly are the greatest artist!

This is their best album to date and the one that showcases their amazing talent the best.

This is one of the most gorgeous caps I've ever seen and it was designed by my second favorite Shinhwa member. The detail and work put into it is amazing. I love the text on the left side "Go confidently in the direction of your dreams."
The shirt was on sale for $5 so that was a no-brainer. And it's Shinhwa's official color :D

I haven't had a chance to watch this yet but I already have AADBSK Season 2 so I have an idea of what to expect. I'm so excited to watch!
I wasn't a fan of DBSK for the longest time because they weren't as crazy and funny as Super Junior. But the more I listened to their music and watched their performances, the more I found myself falling for them. They are incredible performers and have amazing voices. They deserve to be called the best group in Asia.
