Hey had a horrible day at work. The managements been in mass panic as some head librarian is retiring and the partys happening in Blackwells', why I don't know. So all the displays I did got redone, all the shelving I did got redone and we had to peel off old stickers to replace with the new ones. I hope not I'm thinking positively, tho it maybe the wine gums I was eating cos that has wheat and milk in it apparently and I've been eating them.

I know I hate when that happens cos you know your going to feel ill and crap. I did that with a bar of fair trade chocolate. And it might be fruit pastilles. Well I don't think its a cold, cos she had a stomach thing, so I'm praying its not that.

Well I'm not sure if they have wheat in them but I suspect so. I think its excellent when you feel ill (well not that bit) and you know exactly why. Its like a small victory. I know cos across from where I work theres sandwich shops and its so easy but for me its salad and gf pasta all the way.

Yeah I think the must coat them in something. Took some rice and millet pasta with me to work and it hadn't gone hard or anything. I've also found some gf/df crackers which are lovely.

There the tru free range in a green and black box, but be careful not to buy the herb and onion ones as their gross and smell.

I found some Chinese/Japanese crackers in sainsburys which look lovely but their made in barley water.
