Happy Birthday! Happy Birthday!
Today's a two-fer - both my mom and my kitten, Zorro, are celebrating their special days today. Zorro turns three; my mom is a couple years older. So far Zorro's celebration has included extra-special treats, playing with her favorite toys, and going to visit bob_wonderllama's parents this morning. I hear my momz0rz got lots of garden stuff - wish I could be there to play in the garden with her! I hate gardening, but I love spending time with my mom. Teddy and I got her a gift card to her favorite beading supply store (Shipwreck Beads)- I really wish I could've done that with her!! Shipwreck is... awe-inspiring. The size of a large grocery store, chock-full of almost every type of bead and beading accessory you could imagine.
In other news, we saw The Dark Knight last night with friends and it was a highly entertaining movie. I had a couple critiques but as cool as the movie was I'll stow 'em unless someone asks for more detailed analysis. With it I saw the Watchmen Trailer on the IMAX and the only word to describe my excitement is oholycrap!
