Oh the weather outside is frightful!

I'm sure you are all sick and tired of listening to me talking about Rogers and whatnot. I really don't care. ;)
Okay so I do care a little but this is what's going in my life and I like it so you are all going to have to deal.

So I have some good news . . . I am now doing some freelance producing at Rogers and of course that means I get paid. I'm taking over for Andy for about three days while he is on holidays. Also, I have been given my own show to produce. It's one I've worked on for 2 years and this year it would be my third working on it. I directed it last year since October 14th or something like that and this year I get to produce it and get paid. :) This past Wednesday was my first show and I was a little bit stressing but all worked out in the end. I did catch a few mistakes that I made but I can fix those for next time and it wasn't a total disaster. I had a good crew and that made me happy. Scott and Scott (yes my Scott) helped me out before the show. I think we were still trying to work out a new set for the show until just about 15 minutes before the show. The graphics weren't on the computer so Jennie had to make some for me out of scratch. I could have done that myself but I had other stuff to do. I was going out of my mind before the show (I got to relax a little during the show) but everyone said it didn't show that I was stressed. I can't wait until the next show. It should go a lot smoother I hope. I'm glad that Scott (not mine) had enough trust in me to allow me to do this. He didn't even come into the control room except for one time which is a good sign that he trusts me. I'm glad he was there though cause I think I wouldn't have done it without him ... or without my Scott (who isn't really my Scott now anyways).

Oh and Lisa said that she would try and get Tory and Jeff on my crew next semester which is happy and kinda stressful at the same time. I like them both and she knows that, which is the reason she's doing it. I'll have to see what they say and if it all works out. :D

In the mean time, be happy for me and pray it all works out for me in the end. Take care and I'll write more before Christmas.

Oh man, I can't forget. For those of you that don't know . . . we have like a million inches of snow here right now. It's really strange and most places were closed. My dad couldn't get to work b/c all the roads to where he now works were closed. It took him an hour just to clear the car. Crazy. I will have to upload the picture I took and this light-up snowman we have out in the yard. I took the picture last night and it's quite funny!! Gotta love snow (not!). Later!!

misc, rogers, guys
