Harvest Moon: A New Beginning, Current Progress! #9
It is currently Summer 2, and we made sooo much progress in Harvest Moon today!
1. We gathered all of the black fragments and built the pointy hat house, causing the Witch Princess to arrive the next morning! I don’t like her, so that means I’m finally free to court Tina, who, by the way...
2. Tina now has a RED heart color! She now also tells me that the best part of moving to Echo Village was meeting me! Awww <3
3. I won an advanced class crop festival! I entered in 5 star cotton. We grow so much cotton on our farm, every time we harvest it and make it all into cloth we get over 100,000g in profit (just from the cotton fabric!)Even Allen was impressed!
4. Speaking of Allen, we found the recipe for Genovese Pasta, as well as the rest of the group 4 recipes you can get from mining. Soon, we will have them all... mwahaha...
5. In addition to being in the final group of recipes, we’re also in the final group of blueprints you can find while mining. We just recently found one of the colorless fragments!
6. MY COW IS NOW HUGENORMOUS seriously, I’m not joking. Every time I walk into the barn now my host and I jump because it’s so scary seeing that GIANT BEAST OF A COW flexing on all of the tiny mortal sheep. It’s a great thing though because now we get five cans of Great Milk every morning! Also, our win in the next cow festival is basically guaranteed. Woohoo!
6. I finally finished the Master Rod! I’ve caught a few groupers with it, but honestly it hasn’t gotten me anything super duper special yet.
7. Sandra is now in town! I haven’t gotten the chance to go to her store yet, but I’ve been saving up every kind of spring vegetable in hopes of trying to make more exchanges more available to me. I only got about 8-16 of each, but I think that’s fine. The terrace area on the east farm is a really nice place to grow all of the seasonal crops since you can move the rock in the spring to instantly water every crop on the terrace!
Whew, so many things! Having lots of things is good. Oh, also, we found a Mountain Honeybee, so now we’ve got Royal Jelly. Woohoo! Gonna wrap this up now. If you want to do well in Harvest Moon ANB, make lots of money and travel frequently. It gets you all kinds of sweet things that you’ll need later! Happy farming, you bally chaps!
