I, in the past, have a huge commitment problem with fics. I get totally engrossed for like, 12 hours-- write five chapters, plan out the next 30, spend all my time thinking about it, go batshit crazy with research, etc. etc. This is true for fanfiction, original fiction, and why I generally stay clear of projects like Nano; when I do sign up for them, it's quietly, and with little expectation that anything will get done.
Of course, I fucking signed up for something with AUTHOR CHECK-UPS and ARTISTS THAT WILL SIGN UP TO DRAW ART FOR MY FIC WHAT THE HELL.
