Rain, rain, rainrainrainrainrainrain (with the one shining ray of Big Bang)
I generally enjoy rain, for the most part. Living in a hot climate, it brings relief from the heat (both for those who must suffer through it and for those who must grow crops in it). Rain is usually relaxing, pleasant, and cleansing. That being said...
It is a freakin' MONSOON here. I had to walk through shin-deep water (on the edge of a totally legit POND where there once was merely sidewalk) to get to my dorm. I don't know whether or not to buy rainboots or a kayak on my next run to Walmart. Seriously. AND- school was cancelled today and is canceled for tomorrow (in my hometown of course... college is never called off).
I'm so freaking glad I live on the third floor.

This week is threatening to crush me under the weight of its stress-power. So what am I doing? Not studying for one of the THREE tests this week, not doing one of the FIVE essay-ishs that I have, but... updating an LJ that no one reads. Awesome.
The one bright point in my life? In approximately 23 minutes, there is a new episode of The Big Bang Theory. Carmanne approves.
