Why would you want a job? They look tedious, and you can't eat money.

But I like my job! And I can use money to get food! And more film for my camera, and some new clothes, and some nice things for my room! If I can find a room.

I don't see why anyone would pay for food. Everyone needs it, and it's easy to find. You want some pigeon? There are a lot of them around.

Yuck! You can't be serious! I can't eat a pigeon! Those things are dirty!

A bird's a bird. You eat chicken, don't you?

Yeah, but those are raised on farms. They're clean healthy and they eat good food. Pigeons eat garbage off the street and have fleas and things. You might get sick eating those things!

Yeah, but I can't rely on you to catch fish for me all the time... Can't live on fish, either, come to think of it.
