(no subject)
Sunday is Matt's 22nd birthday...he actually has it off, but I'm not sure how we should celebrate. Probably just go out to eat with his parents, maybe a bike ride or the lake, maybe a bonfire at night. He doesn't seem to want to make a big deal out of it, doesn't even want me to buy him a present... but of course, I'll have to come up with something... :o)
Not too much else going on, just figuring out how many freaking phonecalls I'll have to make next week. I also signed up for the real estate class at MCC, hoping to learn enough to get my license and maybe get a job within the next year! My class is Wed. nights from 6:00-9:45, mom will be taking Carter... we'll see if it's humanly possible to stay alert for that long of a class. I'm actually excited to be getting back to school, even though it will seem strange after being away so long. I bet alot of people didn't think I'd do it, but I am and I feel damn good about it! I hope to find that the material comes easy to me and keeps me interested. Then I will feel more confident about making it my career.
Anyways, before any of that can happen, I gotta get this wedding thing together, have my day, then my honeymoon! 4 days, 3 nights in Traverse City right on the bay in the honeymoon suite! We are staying at the Beach Haus Resort, which has its own private beach for us to play at. Balcony overlooking the water, large room with couches & stuff, and the best part - jacuzzi tub! It will be so romantic, relaxing, and fun to spend this time with Matt and no little guy. I'll miss Carter so much though, I wouldn't be surprised if I cried a few times while I'm there.
Ok, time to go work on wedding stuff! I'm out!
