The size is really 150 x 60 (the size they appear in the samples), but apparently Livejournal has gone behind our backs and done something for our own good again, limiting the size of all mood theme images to 100 x 100. Livejournal will automatically resize the pictures for you (to 100 x 40 pixels, or how they appear in the mood field of this entry, and when you view the full theme); just don't be surprised when things in your journal are larger than they appear. (I have already contacted LJ tech support to see if there's an override to this hot mess of stupid; I will keep you updated).
