Nah, It's just he has a metabolism to die for, I mean in the programme with Alan Karr last December during all those crazy Xmas eating period he said he ate A LOT and then when he and Davina MacCoy checked their weight it turned out that he still LOST some pounds, he's hopeless XDD
Do you mean the beach pic from The Writer's Tale RTD released? That was like 5 years ago, he seemed to have lost those abs (he was definitely more muscular in Blackpool)and just became crazy thin XDD
