Ok well I have been very motivated recently. I went to the doctors this morning and the results of my tests on my blood are in and i'm pleased to hear theres nothing serious going on. So the problem is... The brain produces something called FSH( Follicle-stimulating hormone) and LH (Luteinizing hormone) and it travels to your ovaries and produces Oestrogen and fatty tissue produces something called Oestrone and it tells the brain that there's enough Oestrogen so no FSH,LH is produced and no eggs are released.

So therefore I need to lose weight, i've eaten healthily all week and now I need to introduce a fitness schedule too. Can I be bothered? I HAVE! to be. My cousin is going to do it with me eventually and Scott is going to aswell. Even though Scott may be heavier, hes a strong male and tall and he doesn't want to lose as much as I do so I think if i lose any at all, i'll become more motivated. I'm going to take it slow rather than rushing and then maybe my cycle and my health will become alot better. I have a private weight loss account to help keep track.
