The AFL season kicks off...

Lazy mod is back and still inundated with work. To the point I probably shouldn't be going to the game tonight, but how could I miss it! Last time I was at the 'G was for rather different (and soggy) experience in Sound Relief, so being back there will be rather surreal.
Who else will be checking it out at the 'G, and who else will be glued to the telly instead?
The line up is in and we have some big names out, the most publicised of all being Stevens' suspension. Four rookies, however, will make their AFL debuts: Mitch Robinson, Aaron Joseph, Jeff Garlett and Sam Jacobs. Chris Johnson will also make his Carlton debut. Fevola was also in doubt but has decided instead to play hurt. One could say that this will damage our chances rather severely. Though, anyone who saw that Geelong game and saw our youngsters fire up could argue the contrary, too. Tonight is liable to go either way.
