I'm Back!!!!
Well, I'm back from my trips finally. I had a good time down in NC seeing my CFS Specialist. I'm doing a little better, and I evidently lost 9 pounds from last year, and best of all, my tender points are down 30% from last year!!! So in other words I'm feeling less pain. Lots of trains. I've taken 7 this summer! 3 trains on this trip, including the last Heritage coaches on Amtrak on the Piedmont. I only took 2 and a half rolls of film (I have 6 to develop overall from the last month!) of these cars (2 coaches and 1 lounge, all over 40 years old and the last of their kind running). It was really fun for me. Nice trains this time really, all great trips (although the train did end up 15 min early back into Philly, so I feel a little cheated. I'm really not happy unless the train in a half hour late or more! The more time on the train, the better!) Hopefully I'll do the same next year provided the Heritage cars are still running. Didn't do much in the hotel besides rest, but a change of scenery is nice sometime. Anyway, I'm exhausted right now and my cable modem isn't working, and I'm saving this on the hard drive, and I'm going to bed. It's still nice to be back though....
