Argh...
I honestly wonder if my mom even thinks before she says things. I was talking to her today about when I'm coming home from Ottawa and I said I'd be home for thanksgiving and that I have almost a week off. It took me over 5 minutes to explain that yes the university is closed monday and friday and that I have tuesdays and thursdays off. Then she says "Why don't you just go to Woodstock then?" and I replied "Actually, that's what I was planning on doing. Going there for the majority of the time and coming home for the family dinner and such." Well I guess she didn't like that answer. She then proceeded to go on and on about how I must have way more money then I say because I can afford to come home. Um yeah, I already told her I was planning on working a few hours a week to pick up extra money.
Grrr.. It's just like nothing I say or do is good enough for her. Apparently if I come home for Thansgiving I won't be working or volunteering and my marks will be crappy. Oookay. Also, apparently she doesn't understand why Tyler doesn't move to Ottawa for 8 months. Um, yeah cause its easy for him to pick up and move somewhere where he doesn't have a job only to have to move back 8 months later. Argh.
As much as I'm not looking forward to moving to Ottawa I want out of this house.
