been awhile
Just thought I'd stop in and say hi...Nothings really changed in my life the past week. I painted
my hallway bathroom which looks awesome. It kind of looks like a modern woodsy look (hard to explain).
It's thick brown, tan, and cream horizontal stripes. Actually that sounds like a yummy candy bar. lol I
just finished it last night and am very proud how it turned out. Ben likes it too and it really takes
your eye off the ugly green floor. Ben still wants to tear the floor out and put that fake hard wood
floor in which WOULD look really good with the walls but we'll have to wait awhile for that.
I haven't talked to anyone in awhile...Lexie and Derrick for about 5 minutes on the phone. Hope everyone
is doing good. I took another tumble when I was painting the ceiling, I was standing on a bar stool that
I put in the tub so I could reach. Heather was standing on the sink counter painting on the opposite
side of me when Lance came walking in, I turned to look at him and step off the stool on to the side of
the tub when the stool slid and from underneath me and this time it felt like slow motion (when in the
garage I didn't even know what happened until I was laying on the concrete), I looked at the paint can,
saw Lance reaching out, I stuck my paintbrush straight up in the air so I didn't paint the floor and
boom landed again on my right shoulder but this time my head hit the floor. arghh. My body has
taken a toll the past couple weeks. I'm okay though. I can laugh now.
Ben and I are leaving Sunday morning to go up to mom and dad's, probably around 7am. We are sleeping
over Sunday night and will probably leave Monday around noon.
