Out of the mouths of babes
At dinner the other night:
Oscar: Tristan, how tall do you think you'll be when you grow up?
Tristan: A hundred.
Sunday was Clean The House day. I was a cleanin' superwoman, making pancakes and then cleaning the kitchen, doing three loads of laundry (and folding it all), cleaning the bathroom, and cleaning my stuff in our room. Oscar was a cleanin' superman, and by our powers combined, the room is CLEAN. So clean. Tristan was "helping" with various things, such as .. sweeping the carpet while we vacuumed .. :D
He found a bouncy ball on our floor and was bouncing it around. It bounced into the storage/laundry area, and he went chasing after it, and found it by the washer along with one of its bouncy-ball comrades. He shouted, "I found my two balls!"
I lolled.

Poor kid, losing his balls. I'm glad he found 'em. ;P
