hi!
lightning earlier. freakydeaky. i just had a very random memory from when i worked at starbucks five years ago, making two shots of espresso, putting 'em in a sample cup, and topping it with a ton of whipped cream. and downing it. because i loved coffee so much (not), as much as i loved whipped cream. i felt gross afterwards, and made a mental note to never do it again. hmm.
so! i've been blogging more in myspace than on LJ lately. 'cuz i know more people on myspace, like. i need my forearms worked on. too much typing. poor forearms. my boss paid me a surprise visit at the clinic on saturday, which was grossly Not Cool, due to the fact that i haven't been hiding my facial piercings since transitioning to weekends. none of my clients care, my coworkers don't care, but my boss does. so i got a big lecture about how i need to maintain a "professional" appearance even though i'm no longer there during the week. blah blah blah. whatev. what's this i smell? me not working there for much longer? me wanting to be able to be myself at work? mmhmm.
uuuuuuuuuuuuuh. after teh workz, i am either a) going to the nickerson street saloon with colleen to watch her consume a fremont platter and whiskey (and perhaps partake in the whiskey), or b) going straight home, taking a shower, Dressing Up, and driving to her place with pasta in tow. for to make the garlic pasta goodness. yes. and tonight, there will be dancing. at the mercury. and perhaps some gin and tonics.. maybe.
tomorrow is the day before thanksgiving! i'll get not much sleep, then work all day, and get together with people for more partying. wow. this week, i'm pretty popular. ;P thursday is thanksgiving, which i'm spending up at my mama's, and depending on how late the festivities go, i may or may not be stopping by nick and nicole's on the way home. and friday.. well, friday is work, then ferry to bremerton, hangin' at retta's, and clients all weekend.
