London Week 2
Another fun filled exciting week.
Based upon Brisbanite's recommendation I went and saw Avenue Q - I generally dont like musicals, but loved this one. Any show which has characters named Trekky Monster and Lucy the Slut is a winner.
Saw Batman on Sun morning at the worlds most expensive theater in Leichester square, it cost me £17.50 for a ticket. It was an old converted theater, which meant the screen was where the stage was and it wasn't that large. Southbank cinemas I miss you.
Also went for a walk around the east end of London, which is a bit of a slum really.
Lets see what else, almost assaulted a TV star for Penny7b and Brisbanite, which would have involved a post pack and first class mail. I just know that if I sent him back to Australia, they would have dressed him up in leather and sold tickets to view Captain Jack.
This week I start looking for a unit / flat / house. I hope to have one in the next few weeks, then you can all come and visit.
Still just wandering around the city, getting lost wherever possible to discover the place. I will give the English one thing, the do know how to build statues and stately buildings. Can't do a decent cup of coffee, but the artwork is good.
Otherwise all is quiet.
