1. Ninong Benjie's Wedding. I loved the Church (It was on the Church on the Hill in Tagaytay!) and especially the program (video presentations, funny speeches from the groomsmen and bridesmaids, finding favors in their wedding cake). I think it was also my first time to get... errr... tipsy? I ate around 4 slices of cake and I noticed there was a "tangy taste" that caused my head to fizzle- it had wine rum pala. :) Hehe, it's absurd to get drunk from a cake right? Hehe, so I kept on eating. But the best part of their wedding was the exchange of vows. Instead of the standard "I take you to be my wife/husband, etc", they came up with their own promises to each other, which made it alot more meaningful. When the bride was giving hers (It started with something like "Eversince I was a little girl, I always wanted to marry someone like my dad."), no one remained dry-eyed! (Hindi lang pala ako ang hopeless romantic! :) All in all, I can finally say that if I'm that happy/inlove on my wedding, I can officially die a happy death. :)

2. IISDC. This was the best IISDC ever! Jasmine and I started out really bad. We ended the first day with 5 points and went into the silent rounds with 7. During the night before day two, I was already preparing myself to face no break and a bad tourney. I take disappointments lightheartedly because my life works on one belief:

If it's for you, it will happen.

We got the shock of our lives when we broke at 4th and made it to the finals! My dad even SECRETLY came to watch finals. He was even spying on us while we were prepping. :) Great IISDC experience and I think the reason for this was that God wanted it for me. :)

3. Halabira! After IISDC, I had alot of catching up to do in terms of acads and for the fair. Bad news would be that the Bb. Miriam got totally cancelled. At first, they told me just to change the name because it was too much about beauty, so I came up with "Knoller of the Year". But then, the admin informed me that it was totally rejected in their board meeting. I'm now in the process of haunting sponsors and bands, as well as finalizing the ticket design (thanks alot to Nowee! :) By the way...

"HALABIRA"
