All right, universe, listen up. Grammar time:
1. The word that you would use when discussing a person who would do something is who, not that. If I hear one more commercial use a construction like "the kind of person that ---," I am going to put an axe through my screen.
2. The free-standing single-family residential structures your friendly neighborhood real-estate agent sells are called houses, not homes. No, really, they are. Particularly the unoccupied ones. Presumably s/he thinks it sounds better that way. It doesn't.
