Steven Meisel - Water and Oil.
It wouldn't be a usual art post - becouse it's not about painting, but photography. I'm not only interested in painting (but much more than in other kinds of art, that's right) but also I have some examples of perfect and deeply touching photographers. One of them is Steven Meisel, his provocative works are eye-catching. Thought he mostly works for fashion magasines and is a part of washion world, his photography has much more deep heeden sences. I especcially like that series of his latest photos, dedicated to environmental problems and to the pollution and animal extinction becouse of human acts. I think it is amasing becouse he also invites society attention to such improtant problems by means of fashion industry which sometimes can be very cruel and soulless. But not in that case, I think.
