I can't believe that it is less than a week till we will be going to Vienna. I'm looking forward it.
This week we had an awful heat more than 40 C, and it is still very hot outside. So everyone can hardly do anything in the most hot hours and all we can do in the evening is lay on the beech or sweeming in cold water. Yesterday we had a short trip on the other side of Volga river to the beach that I liked very much - It wasn't much people, it wasn't any fee dor the entrance and still it was very clear there. But it is hard to reach that place without bike. We planned the same trip today but I feel bad for no reason - in the mowning I had an awefull headache. Now it is much better. Yeasterday my mum is returning from the grandparents and our family friends are going to visit us, so I decide to cook my favourite creamy apple pie.

Creamy apple pie.
5 large apples
Dough:
A pack of butter (150 gr)
4 tablespoon of sour cream
1-2 cups of flour
Baking powder
Cream:
1 cup of sour cream
1 cup of sugar
1 egg
2 tablespoons of flour
Vanilla powder
Preparation
Dough Preparation.
-First melt butter and then cool it a bit. Mix flour with the baking powder.
- Put sour cream in a bowl, then add melted butter. Mix the ingredients thoroughly with the wooden spoon.
-Add gradually flour to the mix and make not very stiff dough.
-Put the dough into the baking form.
Filling preparation.
-First wash the apples and cut off apple core, then slice the fruits. Put apples in the form, covered with dough. Then make a cream.
Cream preparation.
-Put sour cream, sugar, vanilla powder in the bowl, then mix thoroughly.
-Whip eggs slightly and add into the mix. Add gradually flour, mixing well to avoid lumps.
-After all, add cream to the baking form, covering apple filling.
-Put the pie into the pre-heated oven(180C) and cook for 50 minutes.
-then enjoy your perfect and tasty creamy apple pie.
