BBC Refugee
I've spent about 4 years posting at a BBC message board that I like very much called h2g2, or more affectionately, hootoo. Lately however their servers just don't seem to be up to the job. And they've just started some harsh new restrictions, like a profanity filter, and the closing of some threads. It's not so much the moderation that I mind, but the new mechanical nature of it. I'll still be spending some time there, but I thought it was time to branch out, put my tiptoe in some fresh water. To mix a metaphor or two. So here I am.
