I have a confession to make. Some of you may have seen the news in the past week about a case here in Massachusetts where there was a lawsuit over whether or not a burrito is a sandwich. First an article was in Lawyer's Weekly here in Boston, and then the Boston Globe did an article, and it was picked up by the AP wire and.... at one point last week Google News listed over 200 articles about the case, some from places as far away as China and Australia.
Anyway, I wrote the brief arguing that a burrito is a sandwich for the purposes of that lease - and not single article mentioned my name or the name of our firm.
Usually, the reporting has been inaccurate and/or one-sided, but this article was one of the few that really "got it."
