Car accident

‘Sniff… Sniff… What is that smell?’ I turned my head lightly on my pillow, only to find it absent. My head was throbbing with pain, I just wish I knew where it’d come from. My body felt groggy, my arms not responding to their summons. I fought to open one eye… I fought with all my might I swear, but it just wouldn’t open.
It wasn’t long before my mind shifted from mute physical activity to a more mental angle. It took me a minute, but I finally identified that smell. It was the same smell that I could taste filling my mouth, the smell of my own blood. One by one my senses returned; first smell then touch, soon followed by taste. Finally my hearing was returning and I’m sure if I could manage my eyes open then I’d surely be able to see.
I could hear myself groaning as feeling returned to my arm and I finally found the source of this immense pain. My whole body moved, no twitched as it reacted on its own. My eyes finally opened, though not by design and he looked around the dark scene.
The first, undeniable sight was that of headlights shining upon me. Soon to follow were the shadows moving furiously in front of it… in fact, those shadows were talking. Most of them arguing back and forth; I couldn’t exactly hear any of it, but I could see them... barely
A head poked itself down out of nowhere to interrupt my vision. Its bronze hair hung down to the slippery pavement as I began to assume the makeup ridden face belonged to a woman. I couldn’t see her very well, everything was fuzzy. I must have taken off my glasses... but I don’t remember doing that.
The thought of glasses soon fled from my mind as the girl looked up and yelled something to the rest of the onlookers.
“He’s… -wake -et help!” I could hear part of it. But what little hearing I’d regained was being overwhelmed by the sound of a constant horn. She had a nice voice though, not exactly angelic, but nice none the less. She looked back at me to say something, but I couldn’t hear any of it. Normally I can read lips pretty well but for some reason… I just couldn’t right now.
Almost as sudden as when she’s appeared, she disappeared once more. This gave me a chance to finally look around. The chance wasn’t worth much, maybe a twenty-five cent candy. I couldn’t tell anything apart, but there was a crowd gathering, that I could see. Their feet were elevated above me, though they were far away, I guess they were on the sidewalk. The darkness didn’t help my already horrid vision, but I could see the outline of a boy not ten feet in front of me. I’m pretty sure that’s Nick, but I can’t be sure. Other then that, all I could see was the Car in front of me; the assumed owner arguing with someone from the crowd; and the cold, hard pavement beneath me.
I was starting to feel light headed again. I could feel the warm blood flowing from my mouth and soaking both my shirt and hair. My eyes soon found themselves closing. I tried to keep them open, but my efforts were found futile as they shut themselves firm and I drifted back into my deep, dark sleep….
