I am a proud teacher!

Today was a good day. I spent time with a friend whom I havent seen since I left. She just had a newborn little baby, and was having a really hard time latching and nursing efficiently. I was so proud of myself how I helped her. She was so distraught, but left with so much ease, and not so full breasts! LOL. Serhe was SO full and engorged when she came, and he was so fussy and over tired. I saw the way she tried to latch him and immediately took over. By the time she left (she was here for a good 5 hours) she learned how to latch him properly, and easily, Learned how to use a breast pump, and techniques and positions and helpful ways to stay calm. I was so proud of myself! She was so ready to give up, and left so happy and relieved. She even threw away the formula can! :) she stopped at CVS and grabbed some gentian violet and I helped her paint Halims mouth and her nipples. So hopefully his thrush goes away in a few days.

I got Dylan an appointment into the CFA for sept the 4th. I'm excited. They have such an amazing program and Dylan needs every single therapy and service he can get.

Thats all for now. I have my APPT tomorrow at HUP. 33 weeks and 1 day. I'm getting semi ready for her. Adalyn was so good with the baby today. She showed how she too, could share her boobies by getting a boppy, sitting down with her baby and saying "I DO TOO, SEE, I SHARE WIF BABY MIA TOO MAMA" lmao.
