Phone Calls and more phone calls
Okay, I'm on my lunch break at work! BIG NEWS, I just took whole bunch of phone calls and TRIED to handle them!!!LOL wow, this is a lot more tiring than expected. You just don't feel time fo by when your dealing with customers who are annoyed by you asking them information like 4 times! SHEESH, I know I'm so slow, but it's fun so far...:Dlol I like it! so yeah, I'm still trying to get over the poor last customer...I was so helpless! oh well, I guess that's the way to learn huh?
