(no subject)
I got out of the hospital yesterday. All in all, things seem to be going well.
I'm catching a cold and either I have a stomach virus (which has been going around my family) or my medicine is making me sick. Haven't been able to figure it out yet, but I eat only enough stay alive. While I do need to loose some weight, this probably isn't the best way. :(
A joint replacement also comes with a high risk of infection and if you get on in the new joint, it could have to be removed. Hoping and praying that doesn't happen and that my cold/stomach bug stay in the viral stage.
Other than that, I feel pretty good. The pain is getting better and, even with the walker (did I mention I have to use a walker and special toilet seat?), I can move easier than before the surgery.
