Dismal service from an unexpected source

I dined at Fish & Co at Parkway yesterday and was rather disappointed by the quality of the service, having been used to better from them. Today I sent a complaint to them and am waiting for their reply. Here's the text of my complaint :

"I dined with my husband and 7 yr old son at the PP outlet yesterday afternoon. My son ordered a Capt Hook while my husband and I ordered a set lunch and an entree respectively. When my son's Capt Hook arrived, I turned the serving pan around to help cut up his fish. Unfortunately, the handle caught his kid's drink and it spilt all over the table and a little on the floor. I called for help and the staff did help me to clean up the table while I mopped up the floor to help them.
However, after the table had been cleaned and the rest of the main courses served, the staff did not offer a replacement kid's drink. I was very disappointed as I felt that this was clearly a case where the toppling of the drink was accidental and it was moreover a full glass -- we had not even started eating! The manager and 2 staff were aware of our predicament but they did not even offer a replacement glass of water for our son. Eventually my husband had to give our son his own Coke and even ask for a glass of water for himself. There was a distinct lack of initiative on the part of the staff.
This lackluster service and lack of empathy on the part of the staff (especially since I had helped mop up the spill on the floor) left a bad taste in my mouth. I could not finish my main course and had to ask for it to be bagged. I felt that your restaurant can offer better service. In this case, soft drinks are cheap and a kid's drink is very small. What harm would there have been in offering a free replacement when the goodwill to be gained is so much in comparison? I'd rather eat at MacDonald's in future when they offer free replacement drinks with no questions asked even when the drink is spilt after it has left their counter.
I wish to add that the restaurant was not at all full, there were at best another 4 or 5 tables (max) apart from us."

Let's see if they even get back to me.
