10 things that are good about today
1. My office is closed tomorrow.
2. It's sunny and NOT snowing (unlike yesterday).
3. I finished the taxes in all three states (MN, WI, DC) and BOTH small businesses (Joe Actor, Carin Director), and we are actually getting a refund!
4. I'm planning on printing the grant today and submitting it tomorrow... three days early.
5. I didn't have any handsewing that I needed to bring with me - so once I'm done with the printing, I get to knit and read the rest of the day.
6. I weighed 130 this morning.
7. I discovered a forgotten chocolate pudding cup in the back of the fridge for my lunch.
8. Sunrise is now BEFORE I get up for work.
9. My orchestra is playing The Hallelujah Chorus on Sunday, and at our next gig (in May) my brass quintet is playing Copland's Appalacian Spring (specifically - Simple Gifts), Mozart's Rondo Alla Turca and the three movements of Autumn from Vivaldi's Four Seasons. All pieces that I love (and all are very challenging and beautifully written arrangements).
