Not sure if this is the best person to run into, haha. in_defens February 11 2011, 11:41:58 UTC
James was more or less taking his leisurely time to get to class. It came with having priorities like he does, but that's his business. He saw the tiny girl making her way across the field, and wondered if she was lost... she didn't look the type to skip or anything. He hasn't seen her around before, so he was anxious to know if she were a new student at least. Approching her, he tapped at one strap on her shoulder. "Oy there, lass. Whar ye headin' to?"

Lilli started slightly and turned around when her backpack strap was tapped. She strained her neck to look up at the boy and shrunk back slightly. Lilli was a bit scared so she swallowed a few times. "Umm... I should be going to English... but... I do not know how to get there," she said quietly, looking down at the ground, scuffing her shoe slightly in the dirt.

[[VERY LATE JUMP-IN, Y/Y??]]

School schmool.
Gilbert was feeling extra crappy this fine summer morning, due to the fact that he slept at an ungodly hour the night before (or was it this morning?), and lack of sleep = extra crappy-feeling Gilbert.

Today, the albino's carpooling mates had all but deserted him, and he, the only one without a license, was forced to walk to school. He had overestimated the time it took, and, consequently, arrived early.

Stupid Carina High.

Gilbert dribbled his old soccer ball around the field, intent on scoring an imaginary goal.

He shoots; he..

"SCO-- ...ohshit, I'm sorry!" He had very nearly kicked the ball into a tiny girl's head (no doubt a freshman), and he stumbled to where she was. "Are you okay?! You're still breathing, ain'tcha?!" He hoped he hadn't scared her half to death.

Gilbert could... be a drama queen king. Sometimes.

((Better late then never~ *glomps*))

Lilli had been walking along the field, watching the people. She turned around to see a soccer ball come flying at her. She veered towards the left, eyes wide with surprise. What was that?!?! She took sharp quick breaths as she watched the soccer ball roll away.

The older boy approached Lilli. She nodded her head quickly a few times. "Yes... I am alright," she murmured softly as she was still a bit scared by ball but partly from the older boy's manner.
