It seems that sometimes, even federal judges get fed up by lawyers. Apparently Judge Gregory A Presnell, of Orlando, ordered that lawyers settle their difference by playing rock/paper/scisors.

Absolute genius. He provided a reasonable solution while still insulting them.

(Disclaimer: I do realize that not all lawyers are evil. But it's ones like this who give the rest a bad name.)
