windows
The sun is shinning for once, the weather is cool, and the wind is high, almost like a spring day!
Paddy has just left after cleaning my windows, inside and out, including the window frames, front and back. He didn't want a penny for doing it either. What a nice man! I'm buying him a dinner tomorrow at the pub as a thank you and all the rhubarb he wants. (I've a glut of it) While he was doing that I washed the curtains, the skirting boards, my crystals, and dead headed the roses. I rehung the curtains at the windows while they're still wet. They're cotton and will dry in no time. The voil curtains are in the wash now, but I think I will re-die them a nice rose pink before they go back up. As one wall of my flat is taken up with windows, it feels like the whole world is sparkling now.
Paddy was sitting at my pc right back away from the windows, having a cuppa when he looked out across the street and saw my neighbour naked as the day she was born with a large naked fat guy. Her curtains wide open! lol I doubt she could see him even if she was looking out of her window. I love the summer! Talking of nudity, he also gave me the name of an art tutor who is looking for a female model. I think I can manage 2 hours nowadays and it's in the Quaker hall just around the corner.
