My dad is going in tomorrow for open heart surgery. He had a heart attack on Monday of this week and went straight to the hospital. They found out that he has one totally blocked artery and others that are partly blocked. He has been in the hospital since them - actually in pretty good spirits.
While I know this type of surgery is pretty common - I am still scared. All the what ifs... but I just can't think about those right now. I know he WILL be okay and he WILL be up and around soon.
Finishing up on things here at the office and will take the rest of the week off. My mom seems to be holding up pretty well actually as are my sisters. Hause has been wonderful and will be there with the family during the surgery.
So if you could please send some good thoughts our way this Thursday that would be wonderful and appreciated!
