Mini iPod!!
I finally broke down and ordered me a mini iPod - it shipped much more quickly than expected. I got it today and it is so shiny and cute and I love, love, love it. I got the blue one.
I'm staying at my new apartment, but I still don't have any furniture. I bought an inflatable bed and am currently sitting on the floor computing in the empty living room. We do have internet (wireless!), so you can see where the priorities are.
My company has been working on the launch of this new blog for the Alliance for Security. Awesome, frequently updated, left-leaning, foreign affairs commentary. All you politicos should check it out.

Who's excited for the Democratic National Convention?!? No one then? Ok. Barack Obama is going to give the keynote speech though. He's awesome and you should listen to it.
