We're all connected to men, because men are connected to women, and so we're all connected to humanity. But let me get this straight, I shouldn't even use the word "woman"? I didn't even know that the word meant wife of man and I'm willing to bet that the rest of us who are not hardcore feminists didn't know that as well. If it bugs you so much you can just pretend that it means "without man" and nobody would really disagree because we've already stated that most people don't know what it means to begin with. Remember the days of chivalry? Knights and men vowed to protect women (be that it may the upper class ones) even today, men are holding doors open for women I've never seen guys go out of there way to hold doors open for other guys. How many men declare "I'd never hit a girl, or woman, female, person, individual that is not of the male sex?" I'm not saying that women are way better but there are inequalities on both sides, such as Title IX and chivalry which does exist to this day. I understand your concerns but by being so radical and objecting to words such as "woman" you just become a caricature of feminists which is why people do not take them serious in the first place. Maybe this is why feminism is encountering so much difficulty because those who are on the fringe make the entire movement seem extreme. To deny this is to further hinder your movement. Don't deny it.
