Fourth Of July Photo Contest
I have entered a photo contest that is put on by the local newspaper, The Aspen Times. The theme is Fourth Of July, and I took a bunch of photos of the Fourth Of July Parade as well as the local rodeo. I have posted four of my photos at the Aspen Times website, and you can go there to vote! The winner gets a dinner for two at Jimmy's restaurant in Aspen, which Clint and I have deemed one of our favorite restaurants, high praise because Aspen is a restaurant-laden town!
Below are the four photos I entered. The current vote leader as of this writing ("Up On The Roff") is a truly lousy photo, imho.
There are going to be two dinner awards given out...Aspen Times is choosing a winner themselves, so if I miss the popularity vote, I still have a chance at being chosen by Aspen Times.
