I promised 
farmerjulie , my "neighbor" in Idaho, that I'd post a picture of something in Hamilton.
The first photo is the parade down Main Street which kicks off the Ravalli County Fair in late August. There were ten firetrucks from Hamilton and five from neighboring Corvallis in the parade, but ironically, if you look at the top of the photo, that's not sky, it's smoke, blotting out the nearby mountains, from forest fires caused by one idiot individual who was recently arrested for intentionally starting 20 fires this summer and keeping us breathing smoke for almost two months.
