Fires in the area have made the skies smoky, but it also made the sunset nice and pinky orange tonight. Some crows flew by just as I was photographing the sky.

I lived in Lexington most all my life til I moved to Florida and then back to Nicholasville.
So...I guess that track looked pretty familiar to you, didn't it?
We probably know many of the same individuals.
I am looking forward to both your photos and your review of the upcoming idol concert. Can't wait to hear and see what you experience.
Which concert will you be attending? Golly, I hope your seats were better than mine.

I would be willing to pay for it, and one for yourself, and the mailing tube, and the postage, and something for your time, all in advance of course. If you are a willing participant, let me know. If not, believe me I understand - totally. I am just aching over the poster they have. It is an awesome photo and thinking I had it when I didn't is breaking my heart.
Anyway, I hope you have a TREMENDOUS time at the concert and get lots of great photos. Somehow I am certain you will. There are some awesome ones online that people have taken and you are such an excellent photographer, I am excited to see them.
